HOW TO ORDER:
Email me at order@fortheloveofkateleigh.com to order and specify which item numbers/colors (i.e. Infant Hat #6 or "Squishers" #3) you would like to purchase. I will email you an invoice via PayPal to pay for your order. If you wish not to use PayPal, then I can arrange for you to mail a check. Please note that if you mail a check, your order will not ship until the check clears. There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned checks.
If you are in the Austin, Texas area, I can arrange to deliver your products, and can accept cash payments at the time of delivery.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most orders are shipped within one to two days depending on the day of the week you order. I ship five days a week. Custom orders will take longer...contact me via email and I can give you an idea of my workload and how long it will take to get a custom order completed. Typically I can complete custom orders with one week. All shipped orders are sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item, I offer merchandise exchange or store credit. Items should be exchanged within 14 days from date of purchase, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with any tags still intact. Contact me to notify me of the need for an exchange and to check on merchandise availability before sending an item. You will need to exchange the item at your expense unless there is an order error. In the case that I am at fault, I will assume the shipping fees.
There will be no exchanges accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
No exchanges available on custom orders - all sales are final.
